About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Consultant.

As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners in their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

A typical day involves assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders, using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life, visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships, and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting bathroom products and provide expert advice.
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders efficiently.
  • Use our 3D Planner to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
  • You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be energetic, proactive, and willing to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
