Company Overview

No Limits Sports is a leading provider of athletic coaching services, specializing in delivering quality sports instruction to educational institutions, community organizations, and recreational programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic athletic coaches in the Campbelltown/Camden Area. We have opportunities available for various sports including Soccer, Netball, Athletics, and Fitness, among others.

Requirements

All candidates must possess or be prepared to obtain a current Working with Children check. While prior coaching experience is advantageous, a solid understanding and personal experience in the respective sport is essential.

Work Schedule

Positions are available during morning hours (6:30 AM - 9 AM), in-school hours (9 AM - 3 PM), and after-school hours (3 PM - 5 PM). Opportunities for both weekday and weekend shifts are offered.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in sports coaching or participation
  • Valid Working with Children (WWC) Check
  • Child Protection Training (Preferred)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sports coaching sessions
  • Participate in and lead training activities
  • Attend and support competition events as necessary
  • Demonstrate reliability and organizational skills

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Understanding of standard coaching methodologies
  • Able to manage multiple sporting commitments independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Capability to engage with a diverse community
