We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Professional to join our team at the Adidas Canberra Factory Outlet Store on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high standard of day-to-day operational tasks, including visual merchandising, stock management, and cash handling.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background, with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, and passionate about achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours:

You will be required to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends, including evenings and public holidays. You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime.
