Established in 2010, Access Indigenous Brisbane has solidified its position as a leading supplier of equipment in the Australian market. The company's extensive range includes elevated work platforms, power generation, and material handling equipment for both hire and sale.

We are seeking an experienced Industry-Leading Sales Executive to support our business expansion into QLD. This role will focus on establishing new accounts and increasing awareness of our brand, available services, and product range throughout the QLD market. You will be based out of our Crestmead branch, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Manage operational aspects within the business to ensure profitability and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maximize equipment utilization and monitor costs related to operational functions, including transport and service expenses.
  • Drive accountability within the business by ensuring our core values are embedded at all levels.
  • Contribute to sales productivity and culture by adopting a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, external stakeholders, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior level in the construction or industrial sector.
  • Experience in the sales, service, and hire of access equipment/machinery is highly regarded.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Demonstrated operational and people leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Financial capabilities, with sound literacy in spreadsheets and financial management.
