We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Gorilla Jobs. As a key member of our medical recruitment agency, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional injury management, disability management, and workplace rehabilitation services to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential hazards and barriers to return to work.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop and implement effective return to work strategies.
- Design and implement initiatives to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- A competitive salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super.
- Reimbursement for work-related travel expenses.
- Professional development leave (2 days per year) and up to $1,500 reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
- An uncapped bonus structure for achieving KPIs.

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
