Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Eastern Health. As a Cardiac Physiologist, you will be responsible for performing echocardiography, percutaneous coronary intervention, cardiac CT, cardiac rhythm management, and cardiac electrophysiology procedures.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to high-quality care and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our Cardiology Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform echocardiography, percutaneous coronary intervention, cardiac CT, cardiac rhythm management, and cardiac electrophysiology procedures
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our Cardiology Department
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in cardiac ultrasound
  • Current accreditation with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR) as a cardiac sonographer
  • Strong commitment to high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
