Job Title: Food Production Worker

Job Description:

We are a market leader in the fresh food industry, seeking experienced and enthusiastic Process/Production Workers/Forklift Operators to join our team. This opportunity is casual ongoing with full-time hours available across AM and PM shifts.

The role involves packing, fast-paced physical work, working in a chiller environment. You will be responsible for cutting vegetable ingredients for processing, measuring, mixing, and preparing food for various cooking methods.

  • Packing: Fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires you to work in a chilled environment.
  • Food Preparation & Processing: Cutting, measuring, mixing, and preparing food for various cooking methods.
  • Assembly Line: Working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts; portioning components onto meal trays.
  • Assembly Line Fillers: Running food to assembly lines ensuring product is continuously available; lifting, pushing, and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs.
  • Cleaning: Food work areas, machinery, equipment, all internal parts of the factory, and some external areas.
  • General Forklift Operating:
Requirements:
  • Available for on-call casual work.
  • Experience in food production/manufacturing highly regarded.
  • Good knowledge of GMP/HACCP and WHS.
  • High attention to detail - you will be required to read ingredients.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, chilled environment.
