**Brisbane Service Professional Wanted**

Secure ID Solutions company is seeking a highly motivated Service Technician to cover Queensland requirements.

As we continue to grow, you will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and remote support for card printer products and ID management software. Based in Brisbane, you'll work directly with clients across QLD to troubleshoot issues, perform servicing, and support our growing customer base.

You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team through technical insights and occasional pre-sales engagement—offering great exposure and potential for future growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software
- Conduct installations, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and usage of ID software platforms
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with the national support team to resolve escalated issues
- Support technical aspects of sales processes when required

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Technical experience with hardware or electronics (printers, kiosks, or similar)
- Familiarity with Windows-based software and network environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication
- Ability to manage your own workload and travel to client sites when needed
- A valid driver's license
