Aged Care Career Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Carer to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Carer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents, working closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and activities, and helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team. You will also require a strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability, and a passion for delivering world-class care.
