As a Compounding Assistant/Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process of life-saving medications, including chemotherapy, antibiotics, and nutritional products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure the safety and efficacy of these critical treatments.

The Role: You will work closely with our experienced team to prepare raw materials, compound sterile solutions, pack finished units, and perform final inspections. Your tasks will also involve labelling and dispatching prepared products, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and contributing to Baxter's full inclusion and diversity culture.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment for most of your working day
- High level of productivity and efficiency
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility across shifts and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in pharmacy, manufacturing, or warehousing is highly regarded, but not required.
- Tasks involve manual repetitive handling and dexterity
