Job Description- Implement data collection methods across different platforms and technologies.
- Develop data collection or monitoring solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide team mentoring and coaching, including skills and knowledge transfer.
- Liaise with Platform teams, Development Teams, and Project Teams to ensure that the appropriate capacity monitoring is implemented.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience with:
- IT Infrastructure: Level 3 (SFIA): Provisions/installs, configures, and maintains infrastructure services and components. Monitors, measures, and reports on infrastructure load, performance, and security events.
- Programming/Software Development: Level 2 (SFIA): Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends, and refactors simple programs/scripts.
- Systems Installation and Removal: Level 3 (SFIA): Installs or removes hardware and/or software, using supplied installation instructions and tools.
