About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bra Specialist to join our team at Victoria's Secret in Chadstone. As an expert in bra product and fit, you will be responsible for diagnosing fit issues, selling bra wardrobes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive total bra sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive bra sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively
  • Maintain expert-level product and fit knowledge to diagnose fit issues and build bra wardrobes on the sales floor and/or fitting room
  • Take initiative to understand the bra business and offer suggestions on how the store can drive bra growth
  • Assist in training of new sales associates, serving as a shadow partner
Requirements
  • Previous bra fitting experience
  • Exhibit an authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrate empathy and sensitivity
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals (preferred)

Working Conditions:

  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
