Scheduling Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. This key role focuses on coordinating and scheduling in-home care services for clients, ensuring all rostered shifts are effectively covered.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating client services efficiently and within required timeframes
  • Managing rostering tasks with attention to detail and urgency
  • Supporting compliance across service delivery areas
  • Liaising with clients and staff to resolve issues promptly using exceptional customer service skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role (or similar)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to thrive in a small team and manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of aged care and disability services, including the needs of clients, families, and carers
