We are seeking a compassionate and caring Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Baldwin Living - Seabeach Gardens, a boutique retirement village located in the picturesque area of Mona Vale Beach.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide support to our residents from 7am to 8:30pm, 7 days a week. You will work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care that improves the lives of our residents. Your role will involve providing personal care, daily living assistance, and supporting residents with community-based recreational and social activities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
