Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality infrastructure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Act as the asset owner for multiple asset classes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and strategies.
  • Manage the development and implementation of asset management systems.
  • Oversee complex civil infrastructure designs and provide authoritative technical advice.
  • Deliver effective project management including procurement, contract administration, and budget control.
  • Engage in consultation and liaison with stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with Engineers Australia status (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated experience in civil design, asset management, and delivery of civil works programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing professional teams.
  • Extensive project management experience with proven budgetary and contractual oversight.
  • High-level communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
