About the Role:
Remmah Properties is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Specialist to join their team. This casual position involves maintaining the cleanliness of residential apartments and commercial tenancies.

The responsibilities of this role include:
• Common area cleaning (indoor & outdoor)
• Residential Apartment Cleaning (weekly & monthly)
• Commercial tenancy cleaning (daily and weekly)
• Bond Cleaning
• Event cleaning

Key Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with manager/clients
2. Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals
3. Strong work ethic
4. Ability to work independently
5. Availability for call out
6. Must have a valid working visa (minimum 20 hours)

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on market rates in Darwin.
