Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Services Manager to join our team in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, executing project and service objectives, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Identify, develop, and maintain viable relationships with prospects and clients, proactively engaging and working with sales processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions and services.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
- Assist in delivering sales proposals, liaising with Sales, Presales staff, Estimating staff, and Suppliers in preparation of quotations, tender responses, and service level agreements.
- Participate in weekly/monthly cadence meetings and provide reports relating to current activities, future prospects, and market intelligence.
- Project Delivery
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects in the Northern Territory, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct internal handover and client kick-off meetings.
- Liaise with Engineering staff to coordinate solution design and documentation.
- Monitor the procurement of equipment to ensure orders are placed and deliveries occur to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Liaise with client stakeholders and other trades to ensure site readiness prior to installation.
- Ensure sufficient resources are arranged for installation, commissioning, and programming of the project.
- Undertake and/or coordinate pre-commissioning of hardware as required.
- Undertake and/or supervise installation activities.
- Undertake and/or supervise system commissioning and handover activities.
- Monitor project costs, schedule, and 'scope creep' to ensure completion within budget, on time, and within scope.
- Undertake and/or coordinate Project Completion in accordance with Diversified's Project Commissioning and Quality Control Procedure.
- Service Delivery
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and facilitating effective communication for post-incident review.
- Foster and promote the company, product, and brand in the market.
- Promote and live the Company Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records.
- Promote and work with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure uniform quality standards in all areas of the business.
Requirements
- Strong industry experience.
- Practical experience in sales or project coordination.
- A hands-on approach with practical and analytical skills.
- A sound understanding of audio-visual systems and other related construction service disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- AGSVA Security Clearance - desirable (or eligibility to obtain a clearance).
- Certificate III in Electronics & Communications or similar or a degree qualified in ICT/AV, Engineering, and/or Business discipline.
