We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Adelaide store as a Client Advisor on a casual basis.

This role involves providing a luxurious experience for clients while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, working towards targets and KPIs.

They should possess innovative thinking, the ability to think outside the box, and be fluent in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure a personalized Tiffany Experience.
  • Deliver a luxurious experience while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to performance improvement and elevate client development and sales ceremonies.
  • Drive sales and exceed targets.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about customer service and sales, enthusiastic about the Blue Box.
  • Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
