Early Childhood Education Director Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, safety, and people leadership of early childhood education services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality early childhood services that value families and educators while meeting regulatory standards.
  • Support and guide the team to execute organizational values and objectives.
  • Promote policy development and compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Establish consistent service presentation standards across all centers in the region.
  • Manage center finances effectively, ensuring efficient rostering and recruitment aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure eligible center funding is received, including subsidies and support programs.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Champion our safety framework to maximize the wellbeing of children and staff.
  • Identify, report, and mitigate risks and potential issues proactively.
