Area Package Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage all activities associated with contract packages, including analysis, design, and schedule.

The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for preparing system solutions that meet operational requirements, managing change, and coordinating commercial activities.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the resources and/or construction industries, managing large contracts. Experience working on brownfields sites is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and negotiate with customers on specifications and deliverables
  • Prepare vendor data schedules and requirements sections of specifications
  • Drive key dates for reception of preliminary and certified vendor data
  • Assume responsibility for preparation of monthly forecast of schedule and cost at completion
  • Prepare and coordinate approval for project changes having an effect on each package
