Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Business Support Officer.

  • This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences through proactive hosting, helpful interactions, and timely responses to enquiries.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivables, providing administrative support to various departments, and assisting with customer account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  4. Assist with customer account management, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A customer-focused approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
