About the Role- Provide exceptional customer service and make customers feel empowered and confident with their purchase.
- Drive sales by exceeding targets during every shift.
- Be proactive in your approach to styling customers and ensuring store standards are upheld.
What You'll Need
- A minimum of previous experience in fashion retail or proven customer service skills.
- Ongoing availability of 3+ days per week.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills.
- Natural conversation and people skills.
- A love of collaborative teamwork and a positive attitude.
Compensation Package
- The estimated annual salary range is between AU$35,000 - AU$55,000 based on performance.
