A prominent private manufacturing enterprise in Brisbane's western suburbs seeks a skilled Payroll Specialist to provide assistance and support during their system migration period.
This six-month contract role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of payroll experience to demonstrate their expertise in:
- Processing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Evaluating invoices for accuracy and timeliness
- Calculating payroll tax, adjustments, terminations, allowances, redundancy, shifts, and other related benefits
- Implementing multiple awards and associated policies
- Managing and supporting internal and external stakeholder inquiries according to established processes and guidelines
- Performing data entry tasks
To succeed in this position, applicants should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
