Job Title: Senior Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic and consultative services in psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to referrals from across the state
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Contribute to teaching, research, quality improvement, and administrative activities within the Mental Health Service and Hospital
Requirements:
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent specialist recognition
  • Proven experience in providing mental health services
