Financial Crime Analyst Role

The Financial Crime Analyst plays a critical role in preventing, detecting, and investigating financial irregularities that impact customers.

  • Conduct thorough investigations into financial crimes according to established procedures.
  • Manage a workload of financial crime cases with empathy and confidence, utilizing a solution-focused approach.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to potential fraud and scams.
  • Collect and record reports, case evidence, and messaging responses for accurate reporting purposes.
  • Investigate and review payment system alerts for potential financial malpractice.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate experience and/or exposure to investigative techniques, including evidence management and presentation.
  2. Possess a minimum of 1+ years' experience in the financial services sector or a similar field.
  3. Showcase strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
