About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and driven individual to join our expanding Weipa Warehouse Team as a Storeperson. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role, working 38 hours per week.
As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for:
- Picking, packing, storing, and dispatching materials within the Warehouse, ensuring system inventory accuracy and system targets are met or exceeded.
- Participating in warehouse activities, including stock takes, maintenance, improvements, administration, and monthly reordering of consumables.
- Contributing to the provision of a safe working environment by adhering to the Company's occupational health, safety, and environmental culture, policies, and programs.
- Enhancing Hastings Deering's reputation as a preferred supplier by ensuring the quality, timely, and safe delivery of materials and services to internal and external customers.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Previous experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong customer focus and good communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- A Forklift Licence is a bonus.
- Knowledge of CAT and associated products, parts, and services is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised with excellent time management skills.
