Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team at FCM. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer profitability, retention and growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in account relationship or sales management, with experience in managing national and multi-national accounts. They will also possess excellent technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and analytical and presentational abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, improved efficiencies, savings, sound account management practices and use of FCM technology, products & services, resulting in retention and growth and a best in market customer travel program
- Identify opportunities for value added sales into existing customer base
- Identify opportunities for growth including leakage and other markets
- Communicate with customers at all levels
- Identify and build relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Account relationship or sales management experience
- Strong Technical Knowledge
- Experience in managing national and multi-national accounts
- Demonstrated ability to build multi-level relationships
- Demonstrated superior negotiation skills
- Highly developed analytical and presentational skills
- Experience within the travel industry will take preference
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
