Empower Clients in Their Rehabilitation Journey

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Rehabilitation Specialists. As a key member, you will guide injured clients through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

This role involves actively managing client portfolios with commitment and care. You will establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments to empower clients in their recovery journey.
    • Establish effective partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
    • Manage time effectively while enjoying autonomy in working on-site, in the office, or from home (if chosen).

Requirements:

  • A qualification as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist is required.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, or RCAA is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or one of the vehicle perks offered) are necessary.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
