Intelligent Conversational System Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and help drive the next evolution of Virtual Relationship Management (VRM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agent Collaboration Standards: Design and implement communication protocols between AI agents and across channels to ensure seamless interaction.
  • Intent Recognition Uplift: Enhance natural language processing models and APIs for more efficient conversation handling.
  • Context & Memory Management: Develop intelligent systems that can remember, understand, and evolve with user journeys.
  • Observability Uplift: Improve monitoring, logging, and tracing for VRM system reliability and performance.
  • Tooling Development: Create internal tools to support development, debugging, and deployment at scale.
Requirements:
  • Programming Skills: Strong experience in Java or Python for backend/API development is essential.
  • NLP/NLU Experience: Familiarity with platforms like Dialogflow or Rasa is highly desirable.
  • Conversational AI Knowledge: Understanding of context management, session handling, and conversational memory is crucial.
  • Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc. is required.
  • AWS and DevOps: Knowledge of AWS, DevOps/CI-CD, and platform tooling is a plus.
