We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Geelong.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable sales skills, excellent time management and operational skills, and a passion for merchandising and being hands on in the day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 7 staff members to achieve consistent results
  • Coach and develop staff to meet individual and store budgets and structured KPIs
  • Manage wages, rosters, budgets and KPIs
  • Recruit, train and develop the team
  • Manage high volume product levels

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
