About the Role

This is a customer-facing and retail sales role with a strong focus on fashion. We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual with excellent customer care and sales skills. As an Optical Dispenser, you will work within our busy Chermside store, joining a dedicated team. This is a permanent full-time role, and we are seeking someone who can cover a range of weekdays and weekends.

About You

You are an active and passionate individual who is driven to deliver exceptional service. You may be studying optometry and have a background in optics, or you may be interested in fashion and design. Either way, you should be able to demonstrate:
  • Previous experience, interest, or studying in optics (ideal)
  • Passion for up-to-date trends and flair for fashion
  • Ability to assist customers with frame selection and lens recommendations
  • Pride in product and store by maintaining high standards and promoting our professional image
  • Ability to work towards achieving store sales targets with promotional campaigns and special offers
