Senior Health, Safety and Environment Lead

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist will be responsible for shaping safety outcomes across leading renewable energy projects.
About the Role:- Deliver expert advice and practical support on health and safety matters across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Foster a proactive and risk-aware culture within teams and contractors.
- Lead workshops, attend meetings, and coach staff and contractors in safety leadership.
- Support the implementation of the business's Health and Safety Strategy and annual Safety Work Plan.
- Assist in audits, incident investigations, and development of safety documentation.
- Conduct training and contribute to ongoing improvement of safety systems and performance.
