Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Gawler South. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children
- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team
- Guide the development of children's skills and knowledge, fostering a love of learning and a strong sense of curiosity
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure a seamless transition between home and centre
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes social-emotional growth
About Goodstart Gawler South
Our centre is located next to the railway station, making it easy for you to commute to work. We provide high-quality education and care for 90 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre features a large outdoor space, well-stocked veggie gardens, and a strong focus on sustainability and environmental education.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current SA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- In some states, teacher registration is required: South Australia – Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA)
