We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and Account Managers, ensuring overall satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general customer queries via phone and email, focusing on first contact resolution and meeting service level objectives.
- Support the branch Account Managers with any customer queries, providing proactive solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Action administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Conduct product recommendations to customers based on their previous buying history, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team.
- Ability to work autonomously, using initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
- Exposure to Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in using its applications.
