This 12-month program is designed to foster the development of occupational therapists, offering a structured approach and opportunities for flexible work and mentorship.
The role will involve working in both clinic and community settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and receiving regular supervision and support.
Main Responsibilities:- Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period
- Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training, including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space
- Work in both clinic and community settings
- Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor
- Engage in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize flexi-time and work-from-home opportunities to support work-life balance
- A Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration or eligibility upon graduation
- A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
