We seek a highly skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our client’s team at one of Australia’s top ISUZU dealerships, operated by CTS People.

Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a long-term career in the automotive industry. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic for ISUZU, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks, buses, and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles according to manufacturer’s specifications;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment;
  • Perform engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and other major repairs as needed;
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet client deadlines;
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed;
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and recommendations;
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic with Isuzu trucks;
  • Experience working with ISUZU vehicles is highly desirable;
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills;
  • Valid driver’s license.
