Woodworking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our team in Alice Springs, Australia. This is a contingent position based on contract award.

About the Role

• This Carpenter role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance of building woodwork and associated equipment.
• You will design, build, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
• The ideal candidate should be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements and provide accurate work estimates.

1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance of building woodwork and associated equipment.
2. Designing, building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
3. Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements and provide accurate work estimates.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be a US or Australian citizen.
• Must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI with Poly or AUS PV Security Clearance.
• 5+ years' experience in carpentry, including advanced woodworking skills and knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
