Job Summary

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to lead clinical research operations at a dedicated clinical trials unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct clinical site staff to ensure high-quality trial delivery in compliance with GCP and regulatory standards
  • Oversee site resources, recruitment targets, facilities, and equipment management to achieve optimal performance
  • Serve as primary contact for sponsors and suppliers at site level, fostering strong relationships and driving project success
  • Ensure staff training, performance management, and professional development to enhance team capabilities
  • Collaborate with investigators and recruitment teams to drive study goals and objectives
  • Implement operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows
Requirements
  • Nursing or health-related qualification (diploma or bachelor's degree)
  • GCP training and understanding of local regulatory requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in interventional clinical trials with a proven track record of leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in the pharmaceutical and CRO industries
  • Proficiency in MS Office with experience in Office 365 an advantage
  • Certificate in Project Management
