**Early Childhood Educator Role Summary**

We are seeking experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team in providing high-quality education and care to young children.

This casual opportunity allows you to work flexibly, contributing to the development of children aged 0-5 years through play-based learning.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards this qualification. They will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with experience in developing and implementing educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively within a team environment, promoting children's health, safety, and well-being. You will also be responsible for room management, child health, and education planning.

Key requirements include:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards the qualification
  • A working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to develop and implement a high-quality educational program
  • A working knowledge of National Quality Standards, Education and Care Regulations, and National Law
  • Experience in a similar role in an education and care setting
  • Ability to work cooperatively and flexibly within a team environment

You will also be required to hold current approved First Aid, Emergency Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis Management training, as well as HLTAID010 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT001). A paid Working with Children Check is also mandatory.
