About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Program Developer to join our team at the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW. As a key member of our Education Team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality curriculum materials and assessment tools to support the delivery of engaging agricultural education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop curriculum materials and assessment tools for primary and secondary schooling
  • Work with the Education Team to achieve its objectives and plan, design, and inspire meaningful teaching and learning experiences
  • Coordinate and deliver primary preview day and discover ag pavilion at the Sydney Royal Easter Show
  • Assist in coordinating other year-round education events
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about agricultural education. You will have a strong understanding of the NSW curriculum and be able to design and develop engaging learning experiences for students. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
