Medical Director Opportunity in a Thriving Practice

We are a dynamic and patient-focused medical practice located in a beautiful area of the Northern Beaches. Our team is comprised of five experienced doctors who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our loyal patient base.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Director to join our team. As a leader in our practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our team.
The practice has state-of-the-art facilities, including HotDoc online bookings and Best Practice Software. We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive income guarantee of $150 per hour
- Equity in our clinic can be discussed and offered to the right candidate
- Average billings for our doctors exceed $2,000 per day
- Full private billing with $40 gap fees and $20 for pensioners and children
- We provide a diverse range of medical services and are fully equipped for minor procedures, skin cancer work, etc.
- Our team is flexible and committed to supporting our doctors in achieving their goals.
- Secure parking is available on site at the clinic.
Requirements:
- Vocational Registration (FRACGP or FACRRM)
- No DPA Restrictions
- A patient-focused and caring individual with excellent communication skills.
