The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have 7+ years PQE in employment and workplace safety law
  • Experience in both front-end advisory work and employment-related disputes is essential
  • A commercially focused approach with strong problem-solving skills is required
  • A track record of mentoring and supervising junior lawyers is necessary
  • Strong client relationship and business development capabilities are expected
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills are mandatory
