Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Stock and rotate all grocery products on shelves according to Floco Foods standards and productivity guidelines.
  • Maintain organized and inventoried backstock in the backroom area.
  • Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control and rotation of shelves and overstock.
  • Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store.
  • Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.
  • Communicate temperature problems to supervisor (dairy and frozen food).
