Our Role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting job seekers to transform their lives. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify skills, secure employment opportunities, and deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Support participants to become job ready through training and support service referrals
- Deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Enhance employability through personalisation and effective support
- Develop clear employment pathways for job seekers
- Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Suitable Candidates
We hire people who are driven, solution-focused, and have empathy towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment. Excellent communication skills and composure are essential.
Previous experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration is desirable. We provide full training and help you leverage your transferable skills into a career in Employment Services.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- MyGovID (Standard level)
- Will to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
