About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Health Information Services Officer to join our Health Information Service team. As a Health Information Services Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing patient records and delivering health information to internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaising with doctors, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care.
- Maintaining departmental processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve performance improvement goals and objectives.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a busy administrative environment, preferably in the health or medical industry.
- Strong computer literacy and keyboard skills, including knowledge of electronic patient administration systems and Microsoft Office.
- High standards of organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
