Proactive Services Team Lead We're looking for a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our proactive services team as a team lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard. Your exceptional leadership skills, passion for people, and ability to work in different environments make you an ideal candidate for this role. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team to ensure all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Coach and train team members, developing their skills in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support.
  • Create a roster for your team to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are covered.
  • Work with the store leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities.
  • Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Complete time and attendance activities for team members, such as tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy.
  • Order consumables for stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within a budget.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious mindset, love of retail, and passion for people.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Good eye for cleanliness and small details.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Organisation skills to ensure team has all necessary equipment and supplies to work safely and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working with regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conducts, etc).
  • Valid full Australian driver's license (Green P's or full license) is essential for collecting trolleys using company vehicles.
