About the Role

This is a Food and Beverage Attendant position where you will provide excellent guest service, take food and beverage orders efficiently, assist with gaming enquiries, and keep our venues clean and welcoming.

We are seeking a candidate who can deliver exceptional customer service, take orders and manage cash handling, assist with gaming operations, and maintain a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have a current RSA and RCG certification or be willing to secure one, availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, and a team attitude with the ability to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take Orders and Manage Cash Handling: Efficiently process food and beverage orders while maintaining accurate cash handling.
  • Assist with Gaming Operations: Assist with gaming activities, maintain a safe environment, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain a Positive Team Culture: Contribute to a positive team culture, collaborative approach to work, and a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Current RSA and RCG certification or willingness to secure one.
  • Availability: Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Skills: Team attitude, ability to learn new skills, and excellent communication skills.
