In this role, you will work closely with our customs department to prepare and submit accurate and timely customs documentation, while also maintaining open communication with clients to resolve any issues that may arise.

Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customs clearance and delivery of shipments
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely customs documentation
  • Maintain open communication with clients to resolve any issues
  • Work closely with customs department to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (B2 – C1) and English (B1-B2)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
