Gelato Craftsperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Gelato Craftsperson.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about desserts, particularly Acai Bowls, Shakes, and Gelato. As a key member of our dessert bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tasks and employees, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stock and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Foster a positive team culture and provide guidance to colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced dessert bar or café environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Passion for desserts and commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in food handling, supervising, and food safety.
• Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (desired).
• Australia Work Authorization (required).
• Homebush, NSW as preferred location.
