Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Bulk Haulage Driver to join our team. As a Bulk Haulage Driver, you will be responsible for operating A-Double Tanker combinations, conducting thorough pre-trip inspections, and ensuring timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate A-Double Tanker combinations safely and efficiently
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and compliance
  • Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight, maintaining adherence to schedules
  • Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation
  • Comply with all relevant policies and regulations
  • Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid MC License with minimum 2 years' recent driving experience
  • Solid knowledge of regional areas or interstate routes
  • Ability to provide a full 5-year demerit point history report
  • Successful completion of a Visy Practical Driver Assessment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws
  • BFM Certification or willingness to obtain
